So thankful you are here!

Hi! I’m Rachel

A dreamer. A hopeless romantic. Which is why I find documenting love stories my passion. Your story & emotion is what I live for. I want to give you authentic imagery of your life adventures, delivering not only the photos from a day, but creating an experience of overwhelming emotion & beauty.

I love sunrises when it feels like you’re the only one in the world. I love to travel, experiencing new things and creating stories to add to the library of my life. As a mother of “two under two” I know that time is fleeting and I’m desperate to bottle it all up.

I live to tell stories of connection: it is my mission to capture you and the ones you love in an artistic, intimate and authentic way.

My Why

Now more than ever I’m reminded of how fast time is passing, watching as my babies grow and evolve – I’m desperate to bottle it up. My family is my everything.

I have a terrible memory and after the loss of my grandparents, the only tangible thing left are their photographs. These grainy prints are the gateway to my babies getting to know them as they will never get to meet them. They invoke so much emotion, and it is a beautiful thing.

It is their legacy.

As a mother I know it is hard to get in the frame. Most of the time we don’t feel beautiful, are running on little sleep and the last thing we want to do is get in front of the camera. But I am passionate about empowering mothers and each person I meet, to step into the frame. These photos aren't for the 'now', they are insuring your memories. Your children and your family will cherish them for generations to come.

As a photographer, we will capture the last “good” photo of someone. I am so passionate about preserving these memories and experiences. These are the bonds that shape us, make us feel connected and remind us if where we belong and how much we are loved. Is there anything more magical?

Some fun things to know about me...

I was adopted from an orphanage in Hong Kong when I was 1 year old. My dad was stationed over there in the British Army at the time. They ignited my passion for travelling, took me on many adventures to far off lands and are why I have such strong family values.

My husband and I had a travel blog and got to travel the world working with some of the biggest names in the industry creating content for them (and some for us).

I used to be a competitive cheerleader (*cue eye roll) but it is more than pom poms; think stunts (lifting/throwing people in the air) and tumbles (flips). I found this love when I went to university. I competed at world level, coached worlds level teams, owned a cheerleading gym (with my husband) and judged internationally across the globe and at world level.
